Return & Refund policy of Perfume Access:

     1. Process Of Return: 

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [insert email or phone number] with your order number and reason for return.
  • One Of Customer Representatives will Follow up The Customer about the Return Process.
  • Customer has to Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided with the Purchase Receipt.

      Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and labels.

    2. Process Of Refund:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days, we will refund the item within 7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

     3. Exchange:

 Please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item if you need to exchange an item for a different model or Brand.

 4. Damage or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
