Perfume Access Has two Shipping Options Across Bangladesh-

1. Standard Shipping- Typically Takes 48 Hours (1-2 Working Days) Inside Dhaka, Delivery Charge is 70 BDT. For Outside Dhaka, it Takes  about 72-96 Hours (3-5 Working Days) to Deliver. Delivery Charge is 150 BDT, Also For outside Dhaka we take the Delivery Charge in Advance to avoid any Cancellation Issues. For The Advance Payment of Delivery Charge Customer can pay it Via Bkash Options. For Standard Shipping, Payment Method is Cash On Delivery For Inside and Outside Dhaka.
2. Express Shipping- Available in some areas for specific items, delivering the order within hours of placement. The Order Can Be Delivered within 4-5 Hours Through Available Delivery Channels. Customers Have to Advance the Whole Amount via payment Options (Bank/ Bkash). For Express Shipping no cash on delivery option is available and this service is available only Inside Dhaka.

Order Processing Time:

Once You Place an Order On Our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Order Handling Time: 0-1 Days (Monday-Sunday)
4. Transit Time: 2-4 Days (Monday- Sunday)

1. Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after processing.
2. Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or regional lockdowns. We will inform you if we expect any significant delay.

 Shipping Charges:

1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
2. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount. Please check our homepage or promotions for current offers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

Packaging:

We take great care in packaging to ensure your perfumes reach you in perfect condition. All products are sealed and securely packed to prevent leaks or damage.

 Order Issues:

1. If your package arrives damaged or if the wrong product is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. We may request photos of the packaging and product to assist with your claim.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Perfume Access is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
